What you pay WhatsApp. Meta charges its own per-conversation fee for messages your business starts, billed to the payment method on your WhatsApp Business account. Svakrama shows Meta's charge next to ours on every message, so you always see the full cost.
Credits never expire. Unused credits stay in your account. Refunds of unused credits on request.
Early-access promise. These prices are fixed for every business that joins during early access for at least 12 months; any change is announced 60 days ahead.
